About the job
As part of the team, you will be enrolled into this most advanced wireless technology development from prototype design to commercial deployment covering every single step in the whole product life cycle chain. You as a SW designer will work together with the most talented colleagues from all over the world to finish the feasibility study, systemization, SW design, implementation and integration of our eNodeB product, troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues and finally getting our products up and running in customer networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop 4G/5G network protocols (LTE/NR) for base stations ( BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB )
- Design, develop, and optimize protocol layers including MAC, RLC, PDCP , as well as core network interfaces such as X2, S1, and Xn
- Develop optimization algorithms to improve network performance, including latency, throughput, scalability, and reliability
- Research and apply AI/ML technologies to optimize protocol software performance in 4G/5G networks
- Collaborate with hardware, system, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal product performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in related fields (Telecom, Electronics Engineering, Math)
- 2 + years of experience in C/ C++ programming
- Experience in embedded systems, wireless networking, or telecom protocol development
- Knowledge of 4G/5G/LTE/NR technologies is a strong advantage
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
