Business Development Manager – Embedded & Wireless

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with a strong background in semiconductors, wireless connectivity, and embedded technologies. This is a strategic customer-facing role focused on driving revenue growth, securing design wins, and expanding market presence across key European territories.
The successful candidate will combine technical credibility with commercial acumen, engaging with customers from initial concept discussions through to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Drive new business acquisition and identify emerging market opportunities.

Secure design wins and convert opportunities into long-term revenue streams.

Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, engineering teams, procurement functions, and executive stakeholders.

Manage and develop channel partners, distributors, and sales representatives.

Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver complete customer solutions.

Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to support future product development.

Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate development agreements across technical, legal, quality, and supply chain functions.

Support customers throughout the full product lifecycle, from evaluation and design through to mass production.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, or wireless technology sales.

Proven success in business development, strategic account management, and direct customer engagement.

Strong knowledge of technologies such as BLE, RFID, NFC, sensors, wireless connectivity, IoT, ASICs, or mixed-signal solutions.

Ability to engage effectively with both engineering teams and senior executive stakeholders.

Experience working with distributors, representatives, and ecosystem partners.

Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
