Job Summary

As an Automotive PCB Design Engineer , you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our advanced electronics products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality PCB designs that meet stringent performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Designing with Passion:

  • Create stunning and efficient PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer.
  • Bring concepts to life and ensure every design is as reliable as it is innovative.

Taming EMI/EMC Challenges

  • Implement smart strategies to minimize electromagnetic interference and ensure your designs play nicely with others (and all the automotive standards).
  • Work closely with testing teams to make sure our boards pass the toughest scrutiny.

Testing, Tweaking, And Triumphing

  • Get hands-on with prototypes, running tests, and fine-tuning your designs.
  • Document your process so others can follow your brilliant thought process.

Collaborative Innovation

  • Join forces with mechanical engineers, firmware wizards, and quality gurus to create products that set new industry standards.
  • Communicate clearly and enthusiastically, making sure every detail is covered and every idea is heard.

Learning And Growing

  • Keep up with the latest in PCB design tech and automotive trends.
  • Suggest improvements and innovations that can turn good designs into great ones.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Around 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive PCB design—yes, we mean real, down-to-earth experience!
  • Mastery of Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.
  • Solid knowledge of EMI/EMC principles (because interference is so last year).
  • Experience with testing and validation—if you can find bugs in the dark, that's a bonus!
  • An eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that are both innovative and reliable.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with high-speed digital or RF circuit design.
  • A good grasp of thermal management and power integrity in PCB design.
  • Exposure to agile development environments—speed and flexibility are key!
  • A flair for using advanced simulation and analysis tools.

What’s In It For You

  • A competitive salary and a benefits package that’s as well thought out as your designs.
  • A collaborative and fun work environment where every day brings a new challenge.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and learning new technologies.
  • The chance to work on projects that are shaping the future of automotive innovation.
