Job Summary
As an
Automotive PCB Design Engineer
, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our advanced electronics products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality PCB designs that meet stringent performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Designing with Passion:

Create stunning and efficient PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer.

Bring concepts to life and ensure every design is as reliable as it is innovative.
Taming EMI/EMC Challenges

Implement smart strategies to minimize electromagnetic interference and ensure your designs play nicely with others (and all the automotive standards).

Work closely with testing teams to make sure our boards pass the toughest scrutiny.
Testing, Tweaking, And Triumphing

Get hands-on with prototypes, running tests, and fine-tuning your designs.

Requirements
-
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Around 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive PCB design—yes, we mean real, down-to-earth experience!

Mastery of Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.

Solid knowledge of EMI/EMC principles (because interference is so last year).

Experience with testing and validation—if you can find bugs in the dark, that's a bonus!

An eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that are both innovative and reliable.
Nice-to-Haves

Experience with high-speed digital or RF circuit design.

A good grasp of thermal management and power integrity in PCB design.

Exposure to agile development environments—speed and flexibility are key!
