Arch Intern, CPU

We are a team responsible for building embedded RISC-V CPU for NVIDIA GPU and Tegra SOC. We are looking for creative and talented MS or PhD students with EE/CS background to join our summer internship program in research of world class embedded RISC-V core (CPU arch/modeling direction).

As a CPU architect you will be able to work together with world-class architects in the industry to explore solutions for our next generation of RISC-V CPU.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the architecture of the current design
• Work closely with senior arch to understand the requirements, challenges, research & evaluate different solutions, and finally produce a solution proposal to meet all requirements
• Develop performance models and tests, to validate your proposal
  
  

What We Need To See

• Bachelors, masters, or PhDs of CS or EE are welcome.
• Proficient C++ programming and debugging skills
• Knowledge of SystemC is a plus
• Python scripting experience is a plus
• Enthusiastic and self-starter with good communication skills
• Experiences in performance modeling or micro-architecture side channel attack is a strong plus
