Responsibilities

• Proficient in C/C++
• Excellent debugging and problem solving skills in real time embedded systems
• Knowledge of RTOS, Embedded Systems and Avionics standards (DO-178B/C) for critical avionics systems
• Knowledge of software development cycle, AGILE is preferrable
• Good Understanding of avionics design, product development and application as well system integration and certification.
• Development of systems and software requirements from Application Specifications.
• Development and execution of system test cases on the integration benches.
• Identifying and debugging issues at the system level and understanding interaction with other aircraft systems.
• Good troubleshooting skills to identify and fix issues arising from Applications/Flight testing.
• Active participation and contribution in driving sub systems/systems integration/simulation bench; ability to co-ordinate with diverse set of team.
• Should have an understanding of System engineering, standards and Certification (Includes DO-178B/C, ARP4754)
• System Level knowledge and experience in any of the product lines - FMS, Displays is an advantage.
  
  

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION: B.E. / B.TECH / M.E. / M.TECH in Electronics or Computer Science.

EXPERIENCE :6 to 8 years of Work experience on Aerospace systems

Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience in development of system requirements
• Good technical knowledge of Avionics Architectures/platforms
• Hands-on experience in system level testing, integration or sub-system benches
• Knowledge of any Configuration Management System such as PVCS, SVN etc would be an added advantage.
• Experience working in life cycle stages of Systems Life cycle.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and written.
