ASIC Product Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Drive product sustainability by addressing yield and test challenges
• Develop, implement, and validate improvements related to:
• Manufacturing processes
• Supplier performance
• Acceptance criteria
• Lead initiatives to enhance overall product quality and achieve zero customer returns
• Conduct failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust and scalable product solutions

🎯 Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product and test engineering
• Strong knowledge of:
• Digital and analog electronics
• Statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in programming (preferably Python and/or C++ )
• Solid understanding of MIL standards for ASIC qualification (automotive, space, medical, industrial) — mandatory
• Ability to quickly grasp complex ASIC test specifications
• Problem-solving & risk-based decision-making
• Strong organization & communication (English)
• Travel: ~1 week/month
