Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Design power hardware for UPS systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and magnetic components.
  2. Analyze and implement common power electronic topologies (e.g., PFC, inverter).
  3. Select power semiconductor devices (IGBT/MOSFET) and design related driving, sensing, and protection circuits.
  4. Conduct hardware debugging, testing, and issue analysis to improve performance and reliability.
  5. Prepare hardware design and test documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
  2. Minimum 3 years of hardware development experience in power electronics or power supply products.
  3. Solid understanding of power electronic fundamentals and common topologies (e.g., Boost, PFC, inverter).
  4. Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, with the ability to independently complete schematic and PCB design.
  5. Hands-on experience in power supply hardware design and debugging; familiarity with power devices and protection circuits.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in UPS, telecom power supplies, or photovoltaic inverter development.
  2. Familiar with simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink or similar.
  3. Experience with power supply systems (kW-level or above) is a plus.
