[Robotics Lab] Robotics Service System Development

Who we are

We are responsible for developing and operating end-to-end (E2E) control and monitoring systems that enable the control and real-time management of diverse robots, as well as developing robotic software and robotics services to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and operate robotics management systems for various robot types, including delivery, patrol, and signage robots, while designing and implementing building infrastructure integrations and domain-specific service systems required for robotic services.

■ Robotics Control System Development

• Developing and maintaining robot control and monitoring system functionalities
• Designing and implementing robot management capabilities, including operational workflows, failure handling, and recovery/remediation scenarios
• Developing AI-based services for robot operations, as well as AI tools for robot monitoring and control
• Designing and implementing log servers for collecting and managing robot-specific operational data
  
  

■ Robot Operations & Service Development

• Developing service systems to support robotics business use cases
• Designing, developing, and integrating domain-specific services, including order management, delivery, inventory, security, and advertising systems
• Developing service management, operations, and service analytics reporting systems
• Designing and developing APIs and SDKs for robot agents and robot controllers
  
  

■ Infrastructure Integration & Operations

• Developing robot-specific control agents and control interfaces between robot systems and the monitoring platform
• Developing integrations with building-based infrastructure systems, including elevators and access gates
• Supporting the operation, validation, and field-level quality assurance (QA) of heterogeneous robot platforms
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SW Development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service and solution development
• At least one of the following experience required:
• Experience in commercial web solution design and development
• Experience in SaaS service design, development, and operations
• Experience in security certification and compliance processes for production services
• Experience using the Java Spring Framework
• Experience in frontend and backend system design and development
• Experience in SRS and SDS documentation, as well as issue tracking, version control, and release management
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in robotics-related companies
• Experience in feature development for commercial back-office management systems or robot control and monitoring systems
• Experience in project-level management responsibilities or leading projects
• Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
