About The Role
As an Technical Engineer , you will join our Integration Team . We develop customized solutions for power generation and energy management systems across Marine, Offshore, and land-based industries.
In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design and implement solutions, particularly within:

- Power electronics and converter-based systems
- Power Management Systems (PMS)

Marine and Offshore applications
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and implement application software for energy control systems
- Contribute to Power Management System (PMS) solutions
- Specify, document, and test software to ensure high quality
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Service teams across the organization
- Participate in commissioning and provide support during project execution

Travel occasionally to support projects and customers
You are a technically strong and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys working hands-on while collaborating with others.
We Expect That You Have
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or similar
- Experience or strong interest in power electronics and converters
- Experience with Power Management Systems (PMS)
- Experience from the Marine or Offshore industry is a strong advantage
- PLC programming skills (IEC 61131-3)
- Experience with CODESYS is an advantage

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
