Implement efficient and robust software for our embedded autonomous driving compute platform, such as sensor drivers, middleware components, diagnostics, perception/planning/control modules, and ADAS/AD customer features. Optimize performance, safety and security of the software using state-of-the art algorithms and dedicated hardware components. Integrate, test and validate software components to ensure the required high software quality level and conformity to industry standards. Qualifications include demonstrated excellence in C programming skills in the embedded context, experience with real-time operating systems, micro-controllers and their standard peripheral components, a proven track record of developing and delivering AUTOSAR compliant software for embedded devices or controllers, proficiency in Classic AUTOSAR stack and familiarity with AUTOSAR configuration tools like EB Tresos, DaVinci Configurator, DaVinci Developer, hands on knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic on various layers - MCAL/BSW/CDD/RTE/Applications, experience in working on Aurix or other advanced micro controllers, and knowledge of automotive diagnostics - UDS, DoIP, etc. Advantageous skills include experience with board bring-up, reading schematics and data sheets, debugging of low-level embedded projects, knowledge of automotive vehicle communication networks such as CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, scripting tools and methods to optimize SW development and testing activities, testing techniques like unit, HIL, SIL testing, Functional Safety (FuSa) and ISO 26262, knowledge of MISRA C/C++ rules and automotive SPICE, ASPICE, V-Model, and functional safety topics. Education requirement is a BS minimum in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields, ideally 5+ years of work experience or 3 years with a masters degree.
