We are looking for
Senior Embedded Hardware Developer
with
minimum 6 years of experience
who will be responsible for leading the complete hardware design lifecycle, from schematic capture and PCB layout through manufacturing release and product validation. The role requires expertise in multi-layer PCB design, component selection, hardware debugging, EMC compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable, production-ready embedded and IoT products.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Own the complete PCB design lifecycle from schematic capture to manufacturing release.

Design multi-layer PCBs (4–12 layers) for embedded and IoT products using Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools.

Develop robust schematics with proper power management, protection circuits, signal integrity, and grounding considerations.

Lead component selection activities, balancing performance, availability, cost, and long-term supply chain requirements.

Conduct PCB layout reviews and ensure adherence to hardware design standards and best practices.

Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) reviews in collaboration with fabrication and assembly partners.

Lead hardware bring-up, validation, and debugging using laboratory test equipment.

Support firmware teams during board bring-up, peripheral validation, and fault diagnosis.

Drive EMC/EMI design strategies, including filtering, shielding, grounding, and pre-compliance testing.

Manage BOMs, Gerber files, assembly documentation, and engineering change revisions.

Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure successful product deployment.

Participate in technical design reviews and mentor junior hardware engineers.
Desired Experience Required:

6+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware development for embedded or IoT products.

Strong expertise in Altium Designer (preferred) or other professional PCB design tools.

Proven experience designing multi-layer PCBs that have successfully transitioned to production.

Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, including power supplies, signal conditioning, and protection circuits.

Hands-on experience in component selection, BOM optimization, and supply chain risk assessment.

Proficiency in hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and other lab equipment.

Good understanding of communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN, RS-485, and Ethernet.

Experience with EMC/EMI design principles and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of DFM, DFT, PCB fabrication, and assembly processes.

Ability to independently own hardware projects from concept through production.
