In this role, you willĀ be responsible forĀ developing andĀ maintainingĀ accurateĀ service parts catalogs using Stellantisā proprietary authoring tools.Ā YouāllĀ play a key role in ensuringĀ timelyĀ and high-quality catalog delivery aligned with vehicle launch timelines.Ā

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop andĀ maintainĀ parts catalogs using Stellantis custom authoring systems.Ā
- Select correct parts and usages for catalog graphics, ensuring compliance with standards.Ā
- Meet catalog deadlines in alignment with vehicle launch schedules.Ā
- Manage embargoed content and create variants to protect unreleased features.Ā
- Address catalog clarifications from dealers and implement feedback from validation processes.Ā
- Collaborate with Service Parts Analysts (SPA) to ensure standardized part naming conventions.Ā
- Provide cross-regional support as needed.Ā
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in parts and/or service
- 3 years of automotive technical experience
- 3 years of service parts catalog authoring experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bill of Materials (BoM)Ā
- AUTO-CAD tools (e.g., Teamcenter, CATIA)Ā
- Common service part practices and graphic standardsĀ
- Strong skills Microsoft Office, pdf, SAP 3D IllustratorĀ
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, engineering, or related field
