Analyzing and improving system performance through testing, simulation, and optimization of hardware and software components.

Main Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
Programming Languages: Proficient in C programming with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
Operating Systems: Familiar with Linux Kernel driver development processes and Android system architecture.
Hardware Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electronics/circuit design, with an understanding of the operating principles of PMIC/Power rails, Buck, Boost, LDO, and Buck-Boost circuits.
Tool Usage: Basic understanding of hardware operations, proficient in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters to assist in hardware/software troubleshooting.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to smoothly read English datasheets and conduct technical communication with global customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the MediaTek Android Codebase development environment and processes is highly preferred.
Experience in integrating battery chemistry characteristics, fast charging protocols (e.g., USB-PD, MTK PE), or Fuel Gauge Algorithms.
Experience in leading projects or mentoring junior engineers.
