Position Title:- Sr. Embedded Firmware Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Firmware Enginee r with 5–10 years of experience to design, develop, and validate firmware for microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems powering industrial controls for fire detection and suppression systems, and other safety-critical control products

.This role focuses on embedded, real-time, wired and wireless network-connected devices. The engineer will own module-level design and implementation, support hardware integration, and contribute to system validation and regulatory compliance in industrial environments

Qualificatio

• nsExperience: 5–10 years in embedded firmware development for industrial controls and safety-critical system
• s.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or relate
• d.Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++, RTOS-based firmware design and coding, Real-time and interrupt-based system
• s.Hands-on experience with Industrial device driver development, Electro-mechanical control systems, Wired communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS485, Modbus), Wireless technologies (Zigbee, BLE, LoRa, Mesh
• ).Experience with secure device connectivity (MQTT/TLS) preferre
• d.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system-level thinking skill
• s.Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional Agile team
• s.Prior experience in regulated, safety-critical, or high-reliability domains preferre
