Location: Klosterneuburg, Austria (near Vienna) | Full-time | Hybrid


At EGSTON Power Electronics , we develop and manufacture high-performance Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) systems that enable engineers, researchers and industry leaders worldwide to develop the next generation of power electronic systems.

Innovation, technical excellence and close collaboration with our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help expand our global market presence.


Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline through proactive business development.
  • Acquire new customers across Industry, Automotive, Aerospace, Science & Research and Academia.
  • Manage the complete sales process—from first customer contact to contract negotiation and successful project completion.
  • Develop trusted customer relationships by understanding technical challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to translate customer needs into successful projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent EGSTON at international conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings.


Your Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
  • Several years of experience in international technical B2B sales or capital equipment sales.
  • Proven success in business development and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Existing network within power electronics, research or industrial customers is considered an advantage.
