Robotics Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Robotic Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in industrial robotics programming and automation systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working with multi-robot environments and possess strong programming and troubleshooting capabilities.

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills:

• Strong experience in industrial robot programming and automation systems
• Experience with multi-robot programming and integration environments
• Good understanding of robot frame definitions and coordinate systems
• Hands-on experience with robot-to-robot communication and handshaking processes
• Strong understanding of mathematical calculations and coordinate transformations
• Solid knowledge of robot programming fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience working in manufacturing and production environments is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Yaskawa / Motoman robot programming experience is highly preferred
• Experience with robotic system commissioning, testing, and optimization is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems
• Develop and modify robot programs based on production requirements
• Support robot integration activities in multi-robot environments
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of robotic applications
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Support commissioning, startup activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure robotic systems meet quality, safety, and production standards
