Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving practical engineering problems and isn't afraid to work in challenging environments.

This is not a desk-bound engineering role. Our robots operate on active construction sites, so you'll spend a significant amount of time on-site supporting deployments, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot robotics systems used in construction projects and hotels
• Regularly visit construction sites to support robot setup, commissioning, testing, and daily operations
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and hardware/software troubleshooting on-site
• Deliver robots safely to customer locations and ensure successful deployment
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions in dynamic site environments
• Train customers and site personnel on robot operation and best practices
• Work closely with engineers to improve robot performance based on real-world feedback
• Prepare simple service reports, maintenance records, and deployment documentation
• Follow site safety procedures and comply with construction site regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Passion for robotics, automation, or engineering technology
• Comfortable working on active construction sites under outdoor and industrial conditions
• Physically fit and willing to travel regularly between customer sites
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, hands-on mindset, and willingness to learn
• No prior robotics experience required—we provide training
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, as the role involves interacting with Chinese-speaking team members

Working Environment

This role requires frequent work on active construction sites across Singapore. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in hot and humid weather, walking around large construction sites, climbing stairs where necessary, and wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety helmets, safety boots, and reflective vests.
