We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Robotics & Automation Engineer
to design, program, integrate, and troubleshoot robotic systems with industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
PLC, HMI programming, robotic integration, robot teaching, and automation troubleshooting
, along with hands-on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems.
Key Responsibilities: Robotics Programming, Teaching & Integration:

Develop, modify, and optimize robotic programs for industrial automation applications.

Perform
robot teaching (manual & online)
for path creation, calibration, and process optimization.
-
Integrate industrial robots with machines, conveyors, sensors, and production lines.
-
Configure and work with major robot brands such as
Yaskawa (Motoman), ABB, FANUC, KUKA
, etc.
-
Troubleshoot robot programs, communication issues, and integration faults.
PLC & HMI Programming:
-
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).

Design and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces for monitoring and control.
-
Handle industrial communication protocols like
Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus
, etc.
Automation Assembly & Motion Control:
-
Work with
hydraulic and pneumatic systems
in automated setups.

Implement and troubleshoot
linear motion systems, servo drives, and motion control applications
.

Ensure proper alignment, setup, and functioning of automation assemblies.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
-
Diagnose and resolve issues in
robotic systems, PLCs, HMIs, and automation equipment
.

Perform root-cause analysis for breakdowns and improve system reliability.
-
Provide on-site and remote technical support for process and equipment issues.
System Testing & Commissioning:
-
Conduct
installation, testing, debugging, and commissioning
of robotic and automation systems.

Perform dry runs, cycle time improvements, and validation of system performance.
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Documentation & Training:
-
Prepare
technical documentation, wiring diagrams, SOPs, and manuals
.

Train operators and maintenance teams on robot operation, safety, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in
robot programming, teaching, and robot-machine integration
.

Hands-on experience with robot brands like
Yaskawa, ABB, FANUC
.

Strong knowledge of
PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
.

Experience in
HMI/SCADA development
.

Good understanding of
hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems
.

Ability to read
electrical, mechanical, and control schematics
.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Degree/Diploma in
Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
.

Knowledge of
industrial safety standards (ISO, CE, robotics safety norms)
.

Exposure to
Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory concepts
is a plus.
