3-6 years of IT experience with minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience on Power Automate and it will be better if they have hands on on UiPath also

• We are seeking an Automation Engineer to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise automation solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves working with existing workflows, improving reliability, and developing scalable automation solutions across business processes.

• The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow automation, scripting, and system integration, along with strong problem-solving skills in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows using Power Platform tools
• Analyze and troubleshoot automation issues to ensure system reliability
• Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Integrate automation solutions with various business systems and applications
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for automated processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and system configurations
• Support best practices for automation design and governance
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop flows)
• Familiarity with Azure Automation or similar automation tools
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
• Understanding of workflow design, integration, and process automation concepts
• Experience working with common business systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, or APIs
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Platform Solutions and environment management
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging practices
• Experience in optimizing or refactoring existing automation systems
• Familiarity with enterprise application integrations
