Work experience
Experience at robotics, autonomous vehicles, or hardware-adjacent software companies (e.g., Waymo, Cruise, Boston Dynamics, Dyna, Sunday)
Built production backend services with real-time or streaming systems
Experience with 6-DOF robotic arms, IK solvers, or teleop systems
Education
BS/MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field from a strong program
Hard skills
Proficient in Rust (or strong systems language with willingness to switch)
Experience with Linux systems, networking, and real-time pipelines
Familiarity with ROS2, hardware interfaces (UART, CAN, EtherCAT)
