  • Fine-tune and optimize vision-language-action (VLA) policies for real-world industrial environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and calibrate humanoid robots, sensors, and end-effectors at customer sites across Germany and Europe.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, electrical, and hardware issues during testing and production deployments.
  • Support ongoing system performance improvements, maintenance, and customer success.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with ROS/ROS2, Linux, and robotic software development.
  • Proficient in Python and C++.
  • Experience integrating sensors, cameras, LiDAR, and robotic hardware.
  • Familiarity with robot communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, EtherCAT, or RS485.
  • Understanding of robot kinematics, coordinate transformations, and URDF.
  • Experience with robot perception, calibration, and point cloud processing.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting robots in real-world environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and deploying models on edge devices is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Work Authorization: Must hold a valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Germany.

What We Offer

  • Global Impact: Play a pivotal role in a premier global enterprise, leading the European frontier of real-world Embodied AI and humanoid deployment.
  • Competitive Compensation:
  • This is a paid position.
  • Highly competitive corporate salary package.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive local health insurance, pension contributions, and standard legal social benefits in Germany.

Location & Travel

  • Base: Stuttgart, Germany.
