We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer / Consultant (UiPath) eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Porto (3x office).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, assess, and document business processes suitable for automation.
• Design scalable and maintainable RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation workflows and robots.
• Ensure adherence to RPA development best practices, architecture standards, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Provide post-production support and incident resolution when required.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA projects.
• Strong experience with UiPath.
• Ability to independently design and deliver RPA solutions.
• Proven experience developing end-to-end automation projects.
• Experience integrating with web applications, desktop applications, and enterprise systems.
• Solid knowledge of debugging, logging, and exception handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to Have

• UiPath certifications.
• Experience with OCR, Document Understanding, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with enterprise-scale RPA governance and best practices.
