𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are expanding our engineering team to support the development of next-generation microcontroller (MCU) platforms within the Faraday ecosystem.

We are looking for an RTL Design Engineer to contribute to the development of high-performance digital IPs for industrial control applications , supporting advanced MCU projects based on ARM Cortex-M7 / M85 architectures .

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Develop and maintain digital IPs for MCU and industrial control applications

• Understand design specifications and implement RTL architecture and IP design

• Participate in IP integration, verification, and debugging activities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including verification, FPGA validation, and hardware teams

• Support timing analysis and design optimization to ensure high-quality silicon delivery

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in RTL design and digital IP development

• Strong understanding of AMBA bus protocols

• Familiarity with common communication protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, SDIO, CAN, USB, or PCIe

• Experience with FPGA validation and hardware debugging

• Knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA)

Preferred Tools & Skills

• RTL simulation tools such as NCVerilog or Synopsys VCS

• Experience with Synopsys Design Compiler for synthesis flow

• Familiarity with PrimeTime STA flow
