We are expanding our engineering team to support the development of next-generation microcontroller (MCU) platforms within the Faraday ecosystem.
We are looking for an RTL Design Engineer to contribute to the development of high-performance digital IPs for industrial control applications , supporting advanced MCU projects based on ARM Cortex-M7 / M85 architectures .

โข Develop and maintain digital IPs for MCU and industrial control applications
โข Understand design specifications and implement RTL architecture and IP design
โข Participate in IP integration, verification, and debugging activities
โข Work closely with cross-functional teams including verification, FPGA validation, and hardware teams
โข Support timing analysis and design optimization to ensure high-quality silicon delivery

โข Bachelorโs degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
โข 2โ3 years of hands-on experience in RTL design and digital IP development
โข Strong understanding of AMBA bus protocols
โข Familiarity with common communication protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, SDIO, CAN, USB, or PCIe
โข Experience with FPGA validation and hardware debugging
โข Knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA)
Preferred Tools & Skills
โข RTL simulation tools such as NCVerilog or Synopsys VCS
โข Experience with Synopsys Design Compiler for synthesis flow
โข Familiarity with PrimeTime STA flow
