Scope of the Role:

As an R&D Electronics Software & Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for developing software for elevator PCBs, redesigning and upgrading existing embedded systems, and defining hardware specifications based on software requirements. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance system functionality and ensure long-term product reliability.


Required Qualifications:

  • University degree (AEI) in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field or discipline
  • Excellent programming skills in embedded C
  • Deep understanding of embedded systems architecture and operation (peripherals, CPU, memory)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in microcontroller functionality and programming
  • Solid understanding of hardware development for embedded systems
  • Experience in defining hardware specifications based on software requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve or upgrade products throughout their lifecycle
  • Essential knowledge of Algorithm Analysis Theory
  • Desired experience with ARM Cortex-M STM32 microcontrollers
  • Programming knowledge in other languages such as Python, Go, or C# will be appreciated
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN bus, RS485, RS422, SPI, I2C is desirable
  • Understanding of EMC and EMI principles will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of elevator operating principles or experience in the field will be an advantage
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
  • Team spirit and strong collaboration skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software for elevator PCB systems
  • Detect errors, redesign, and upgrade existing embedded C source code
  • Develop new hardware or redesign and upgrade existing hardware components
