Quantum Algorithm Developer

Company Description Quantum X Labs (NASDAQ: QXL) is an Israeli full-spectrum quantum technology company, building across quantum computing, software & simulation, and sensing. As we grow, we're looking for a Quantum Algorithm Developer to help shape the next generation of our technology.

Role Description: You'll design, develop, and refine quantum algorithms that move from theory toward real-world application. Our core work involves quantum simulations and error-correction algorithms, optimizing these models for specific physical hardware such as neutral-atom platforms. You'll work closely with our research-driven team, bridging rigorous science with practical implementation.

Whom We're Looking For:

Current M.Sc. students or M.Sc. graduates with a strong quantitative foundation, ideally combining two or more of the following fields:

Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering. If you live at the intersection of these disciplines, for example, Physics & Mathematics, Computer Science & Physics, or Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Bring?

A solid theoretical background and a genuine curiosity about quantum technology. While a strong theoretical foundation is our primary focus, experience translating theoretical models into clean, simulatable code is a significant advantage. Familiarity with numerical methods or programming (such as Python or C++) is a strong plus, but above all, we value how you think.
