Patent Attorney - Leading Quantum Tech Company

A leading quantum technology company is seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join its growing legal team as an Assistant General Counsel. This role may be based in the Pacific Northwest or fully remote for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in quantum computing or closely related fields such as physics or electrical engineering, along with strong patent and intellectual property experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead patent strategy, portfolio management, and invention harvesting
• Draft and prosecute complex U.S. and international patent applications
• Advise R&D teams on IP, risk, and innovation strategy
• Support licensing, transactions, and IP due diligence

Candidates must have a J.D., active bar membership, and USPTO registration, along with a strong technical background of patent experience.
