PCB Design Engineer


Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India (On-site)


We're looking for a talented PCB Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work closely with hardware, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing engineers to design high-performance PCBs from concept through production.


This is an opportunity to work on products across industries including aerospace, industrial automation, EVs, medical electronics, and consumer devices.


What You'll Do

  • Design multi-layer PCBs from schematic to production-ready manufacturing files.
  • Create and maintain component libraries and schematic symbols.
  • Perform component placement and PCB routing for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF designs.
  • Apply best practices for signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, EMI/EMC, and thermal management.
  • Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams throughout product development.
  • Prepare manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, assembly drawings, BOMs, and fabrication notes.
  • Conduct design reviews and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) improvements.
  • Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and production issue resolution.
  • Continuously improve internal design standards and engineering processes.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in PCB design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience with PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence Allegro, or similar.
  • Experience designing multi-layer PCBs for high-speed, analog, digital, and mixed-signal applications.
  • Good understanding of signal integrity, impedance control, EMI/EMC, grounding, and power distribution.
  • Knowledge of PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, IPC standards, DFM, and DFT.
  • Ability to interpret datasheets, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.


Bonus Skills

  • RF PCB Design
  • High-speed interfaces (USB, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR)
  • Rigid-Flex or HDI PCB design
  • IPC CID/CID+ certification
  • Experience with aerospace, automotive, or medical electronics
  • Familiarity with simulation tools for SI/PI analysis
