Job Title: PCB Board Design & Development - 2

Location : San Jose, CA (Need 2 person in San Jose, CA for the below positions. 5-10 Years experience is preferred.)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end board design and development for complex, multi-layer high-speed systems (PCIe Gen4/Gen5, DDR4/DDR5, high-speed SerDes).

Define and drive system architecture, schematic design, and component selection.

Oversee PCB layout execution, stack-up definition, and SI/PI compliance.

Perform and support hardware bring-up, debugging, and DVT validation.

Collaborate with firmware, software, and system teams for platform integration and issue resolution.

Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decision-making.

Work with vendors/CMs on manufacturing readiness, cost optimization, and yield improvement.

Document and standardize design methodologies, debug learnings, and best practices.
