Your tasks:

  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting professional development
  • Drive testing and validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Support the design, integration, and optimization of automated test systems
  • Participate in technical reviews, project planning, and resource coordination
  • Failure analysis and regression testing on physical products
  • Develop and maintain test specifications, procedures, and technical documentation
  • Evaluate and benchmark test equipment, measurement instruments, and validation solutions


Your profile:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Previous experience leading teams, projects, or technical workstreams
  • Experience with power electronics products, including DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, battery systems, or high-voltage applications
  • Knowledge of Vector tools, AUTOSAR environments, or similar automotive development ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with National Instruments solutions such as LabVIEW and TestStand is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English
