Junior Electronics Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer to join our innovative team at PT Formulatrix Indonesia. As a Junior Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electronic components and systems that are integral to our cutting-edge products. This is a full-time role based in Salatiga, Central Java, and offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

What will you do?

• Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
• Performing the electronics measurements including Oscilloscopes and Multi-meters.
• Debugging and troubleshooting problems based on multiple hypotheses, and reach logical conclusions based on test results.

What are we looking for?

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, Physic/Instrumentation or related fields, with a strong focus on electronics and embedded system design (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).

Experience

• Have substantial project experience or have gained practical experience independently, beyond academic assignments (previous industry experience is a plus)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Practical experience in creating electronic prototypes.
• Ready to lead or mentor other team members.
• Strong skills in PCB design, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), motion control, and embedded systems are a plus.
• No color vision deficiency.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
