Role Description

Hardware & Embedded Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware & Embedded Systems Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in embedded systems and hardware product development. The selected candidate will play a key role in our hardware, firmware, and IoT development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, validate, manufacture, and support innovative medical devices and wearable healthcare products. The role offers end-to-end exposure across product development, from prototyping and testing to manufacturing and deployment.


The role involves PCB design, embedded system development, hardware debugging, manufacturing coordination, vendor management, product optimization, and deployment across both B2B and B2C product lines. The candidate will be expected to drive products from concept and prototyping through commercialisation while ensuring reliability, manufacturability, and performance.

Key focus areas include:

  • PCB design and hardware development
  • Embedded firmware and wireless connectivity (BLE/Wi-Fi)
  • Product prototyping and validation
  • Manufacturing and vendor coordination

Prerequisites & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (E&I), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Embedded Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

Preferred Skills & Experience [Hardware, Firmware & IoT]

  • 2–5 years of experience in embedded systems and hardware product development.
  • Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics.
  • Experience in PCB design, schematic development, and hardware validation.
  • Proficiency in Embedded C and embedded firmware development.
  • Hands-on experience with ESP32, STM32, and Nordic nRF52/nRF53 platforms.
  • Knowledge of BLE, Wi-Fi, IoT architectures , and wireless product development.
  • Experience interfacing sensors, ADCs, and communication protocols ( SPI, I2C, UART ).
  • Familiarity with power management, battery-operated systems, and low-power design.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills for hardware and firmware.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, component sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple product development projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
