Hardware Engineer
passionate about their field of work.
Responsibilities:

Conducts detailed analysis of hardware requirements, technical specifications, and design solutions
-
Defines, selects, and validates required hardware components for systems and/or products
-
Proactively highlights and addresses identified or potential issues impacting hardware performance and system development
-
Performs system installation, interconnection, and functional verification across multiple platforms
-
Integrates internally developed and third-party hardware to build complete systems or enhance system performance and capabilities
-
Prepares and maintains hardware-related documentation in compliance with the company’s engineering documentation standards
-
Executes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on a wide range of equipment and infrastructure
-
Troubleshoots hardware issues and verifies actual system performance against predicted specifications
-
Defines Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements for systems and/or products, including spare parts calculations and support planning
-
Managing and supervising on-site and field activities
-
Available and willing to travel for on-site support and project-related activities
-
Provides on-site installation, checkout, hotline support, and warranty or upgrade services for deployed systems
-
Contributes to team objectives by undertaking tasks beyond primary expertise when required
-
Holds a valid driver’s license and passport
Required Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
-
Good experience in using, reviewing, and working with electronic circuit designs across the full hardware development lifecycle
-
Solid hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and similar tools

Ability to read, interpret, and review technical documentation, specifications, and manuals
-
Proficiency in hardware design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, or equivalent applications
-
Solid understanding of computer networking concepts and technologies
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in hardware engineering
-
Experience or familiarity with the defense industry is considered a strong advantage
