Our Client is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to play a key role in developing next-generation automation and control products used by manufacturers around the world. This is an opportunity to work on complex hardware challenges, influence product architecture, and contribute across the full product development lifecycle—from concept and design through validation and production.

What You'll Be Doing
• Design and develop advanced industrial automation hardware systems and electronic products
• Define hardware architecture and contribute to system-level design decisions
• Develop and troubleshoot digital, analog, and power electronic circuits
• Work with microprocessors, FPGA, and CPLD-based platforms
• Perform prototype bring-up, debugging, testing, and failure analysis
• Create validation plans, test reports, and engineering documentation
• Develop automated test solutions and simulation models to improve product quality and efficiency
• Support compliance activities related to functional safety and EMC standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Mentor junior engineers and help drive technical excellence across projects
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on hardware product development experience
• Strong background in hardware architecture and electronic system design
• Experience with digital, analog, and power electronics
• Knowledge of microprocessors, FPGA, and CPLD technologies
• Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and other lab equipment
• Expertise in hardware validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Experience developing test automation frameworks and simulation environments
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, or industrial controls
• Understanding of functional safety standards (IEC61508) and EMC requirements is highly preferred
