Job Summary
As a
Senior Hardware Development Engineer
, you will contribute to the
design and development of advanced industrial automation control systems
. You will be involved in the
full hardware product lifecycle
, including
circuit design, integration, functional analysis, and regulatory compliance

leading initiatives and mentoring junior engineers
in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Hardware design and development:
Collaborate in agile teams to
design system architecture and perform hardware verification

Prototype engineering: Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes

Documentation:
Develop
product design documentation, validation plans, and test reports

Technical leadership:
Lead
research initiatives, tool implementation, and failure troubleshooting

Test automation and simulation:
Work with peers to
develop automated test solutions and simulation models

Cross-functional collaboration:
Build relationships to support the
end-to-end product development lifecycle

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers

Minimum Qualifications
-
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Experience:
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience in hardware product development

Work authorization:
Must have
legal authorization to work in the United States

Advanced education:
Master’s degree in a
relevant engineering discipline

Circuit design expertise:
Strong knowledge of
circuit theory, microprocessors, digital and analog systems, power electronics, CPLDs, and FPGAs

Design tools:
Proficiency in
schematic capture tools and schematic interpretation

Testing expertise:
Hands-on experience using
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers

Industrial systems knowledge:
Experience with
industrial control systems, PLCs, and functional safety design

Agile experience:
Familiarity with
scaled Agile development environments

Standards compliance:
Understanding of
functional safety (IEC61508) and EMC (IEC61000)
