Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer role based in Accra. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. Responsibilities include circuit design, prototyping, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product efficiency. The candidate will also maintain documentation and contribute to hardware optimization and upgrades as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hardware Development, Computer Hardware, and Electronics Hardware Design
• Strong skills in Circuit Design and troubleshooting hardware systems
• Experience in designing, testing, and optimizing advanced hardware systems
• Attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with industry tools and technologies for hardware development
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in engineering
• Team collaboration and effective communication skills
