Hardware Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer IV (AI Factory Platform)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Client is seeking an experienced Hardware/Infrastructure Engineer IV to build and operate the software and infrastructure backbone of its next-generation AI Factory Platform . This role will focus on developing and maintaining production-grade dashboards, data pipelines, and image-inspection systems that support AI-driven manufacturing operations across global factory sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI Factory dashboards, data pipelines, and image-processing workflows.
• Develop scalable data ingestion, processing, and monitoring solutions on production infrastructure.
• Manage cloud storage, containerized services, deployments, uptime, and reliability.
• Support factory image-inspection systems and automated processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and factory engineering teams on data integration and platform scaling.
• Drive infrastructure reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence across multiple factory locations.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of software, infrastructure, or systems engineering experience.
• Strong experience with data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production systems.
• Expertise in cloud storage, containerized services, deployments, and infrastructure reliability.
• Experience owning and supporting production applications, services, and operational uptime.

Preferred Skills:

• Manufacturing or factory automation experience.
• Image processing, computer vision, or ML pipeline experience.
• Python and AI/ML tooling exposure.
• Dashboard or full-stack web application development.
• Hardware engineering background highly preferred.
