Job Description

Hardware Design Engineer

A leading and innovative technology company is looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team.

This is a hands-on role focused on the design and development of advanced high-speed electronic systems, working closely with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams from concept through mass production.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-speed digital boards and complex electronic systems
  • Develop RF designs including TX/RX chains, impedance matching, and signal optimization
  • Define hardware requirements, technical specifications, and design documentation
  • Perform board bring-up, debugging, validation, and lab testing using advanced lab equipment
  • Collaborate closely with Mechanical and Software teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Optimize designs for performance, quality, cost reduction, and manufacturability
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards such as EMC and ESD
  • Support transition from development to high-volume production
  • Participate in technical reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement


Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from a leading university
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-speed digital board design
  • Strong understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) concepts and high-speed design methodologies
  • Experience with RF design and related concepts
  • Hands-on experience working with lab equipment
  • Experience writing hardware requirements and technical specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-driven mindset
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
