Ground Support Hardware Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting engineering hardware, GSE, lab infrastructure, aerospace hardware, industrial systems, or automated equipment
• Hands-on experience with wiring, cable harnesses, connectorization, instrumentation, and hardware assembly
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, DAQs, DMMs, power supplies, and electronic loads
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with hardware integration, validation, and testing
• Strong documentation, BOM management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment

Preferred:

• Aerospace, defense, robotics, or industrial automation experience
• Embedded electronics, FPGA, or power electronics exposure
• Rack assembly, fixture development, and support hardware design
• CAD tools and mechanical packaging experience
• Python automation or instrument control experience
