About the Role
We're looking for a
Mid-Level Embedded Firmware Engineer
to join our Engineering Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in embedded systems who enjoys working closely with hardware, developing firmware, and solving real-world engineering challenges.
What You'll Do

Develop and maintain embedded firmware using
C/C++
-
Design and implement software for ARM-based embedded systems

Develop low-level drivers and interface with hardware peripherals

Work with communication protocols such as
CAN, RS-485, and Ethernet
-
Debug firmware and hardware issues using tools like JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development process
Required Qualifications

3–7 years of Embedded Firmware/Embedded Software experience

Strong programming skills in
Embedded C/C++

Experience with
ARM Cortex
microcontrollers

Experience with
Bare-Metal or RTOS
environments

Hands-on hardware debugging and board-level bring-up

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have

Experience with
STM32
microcontrollers

Motor control, robotics, automotive, industrial controls, or avionics experience

Embedded Linux experience

Familiarity with safety-critical systems
