Must Have:

Lead architecture, design, and roadmap development for complex firmware and embedded systems across MCU/MPU, RTOS, and edge‑compute platforms.

Drive system‑level decisions involving bootloaders, drivers, communication stacks, power optimization, and hardware–software co‑design.

Provide deep technical mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring high‑quality code, robust design practices, and adherence to industry standards (MISRA, ISO/IEC).

Collaborate with hardware, product, and systems engineering groups to translate requirements into scalable, high‑performance embedded solutions.

Guide debugging, validation, bring‑up, and optimization of firmware on real hardware using JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and automated test frameworks.

Influence technology strategy by evaluating emerging architectures, connectivity technologies, edge‑AI accelerators, and platform modernization opportunities

Strong expertise in RTOS, BSPs, bootloaders, device drivers, and middleware.

Experience across SoCs, MCUs, DSPs from leading silicon vendors.

Strong background in C/C++, low-level system programming, and debugging.

Exposure to embedded Linux, Yocto, Zephyr, FreeRTOS.

Experience in safety-critical or high-reliability systems.

Strong expertise in RTOS, BSPs, bootloaders, device drivers, and middleware.

Experience across SoCs, MCUs, DSPs from leading silicon vendors.

Strong background in C/C++, low-level system programming, and debugging.
