Capture technical details such as host system architecture, PCIe generation, lane width, operating system, distance requirement, topology, latency expectation, bandwidth requirement, endpoint devices, software environment, and application constraints.
-
Prepare structured requirement notes for review with Primionics and OEM / partner technical teams.
-
Identify missing technical inputs and coordinate with the customer to complete the requirement picture.
-
Avoid assumptions or overcommitments before OEM / partner technical validation.
OEM / Partner Technical Coordination
-
Work closely with OEM / partner technical teams for product fitment, feasibility checks, compatibility clarification, and configuration validation.
-
Coordinate technical questions related to PCIe adapters, switches, NTB use cases, transparent I/O expansion, software stack, PCIe cables, expansion boxes, and supported operating systems.
-
Coordinate only on embedded platforms and modules relevant to PCIe interconnect, high-speed data transfer, FPGA/SoC-FPGA connectivity, or industrial embedded computing use cases.
-
Ensure customer-facing technical responses are aligned with OEM / partner guidance.
Demo, Evaluation & PoC Support
-
Support customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, and technical evaluation activities.
-
Assist in preparing demo setups involving PCIe interconnect cards, PCIe switches, expansion chassis, PXIe/PCIe systems, and PCIe-capable embedded platforms.
-
Support installation coordination, basic configuration checks, documentation review, and first-level troubleshooting.
-
Collect demo feedback, test observations, system issues, and customer questions for escalation to OEM / partner technical teams.
Technical Documentation & Sales Support
-
Prepare application notes, technical summaries, requirement capture forms, configuration checklists, and comparison documents.
-
Support the Primionics sales team with technical inputs for quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
-
Prepare customer-specific technical clarification documents based on OEM / partner-approved inputs.
-
Maintain internal notes on PCIe interconnect products, PCIe-capable embedded platforms, software stacks, typical applications, and technical limitations.
