Hiring:
Embedded Hardware Engineer
(1–2 Years Experience)
We are looking for a Hardware Embedded Engineer with strong practical experience in embedded electronics, power electronics, PCB development, and hardware validation for automation and motor control systems.
This is not a fresher role. We are specifically looking for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronics product development, schematic design, PCB prototyping, embedded systems, and hardware-integrated debugging.
About the Role
You will work closely with the product development team on automation products focused on Gate Motor Controllers for both AC and DC motors. The role involves electronics design, PCB development, embedded firmware integration, power electronics, system validation, and hardware debugging.
Since the products are built around custom power electronics hardware, practical understanding of component selection, circuit behavior, and hardware troubleshooting is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Schematic design and circuit development for embedded and power electronics systems.
- PCB design, layout review, and prototype development.
- Bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation of hardware prototypes.
- Integration and debugging of embedded firmware with custom hardware.
- Design and development of motor control systems for AC and DC motors.
- Development and testing of power stages including TRIAC control, H-Bridge drivers, relays, and protection circuits.
- Selection and integration of sensors, communication interfaces, and peripheral devices.
- Hardware characterization and system-level optimization.
- Validation using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
- Support firmware development and debugging in Embedded C/C++ environments.
- System verification and reliability testing for products operating up to 1 kW power levels.
Required Skills

-Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics.
- Practical understanding of power electronics and motor control systems.
- Experience in schematic design and PCB design using tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, or Eagle.
- Experience with PCB prototyping, bring-up, testing, and debugging.
- Familiarity with Embedded C/C++ and
microcontrollers
such as ESP32, STM32, ARM-based MCUs, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Modbus, MQTT, etc.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and serial debugging tools.
- Understanding of PWM control, relay logic, protection systems, and embedded control loops.
- Ability to build, test, debug, and validate electronic hardware independently.
- Ability to work closely with firmware and mechanical teams during product development.
Good to Have
- Basic RTOS knowledge (FreeRTOS or similar).
- Exposure to RF communication systems and wireless products.
- Thread / Matter protocol exposure.
- KNX protocol understanding.
- IoT and connected automation products.
- Sensor integration and industrial automation systems.
