Position Overview-

  • Embedded Real-Time Team Lead / Hands-on Software Architect stepping into a critical leadership role to spearhead the development of next-generation, low-latency automotive computing systems.
  • Driving core software execution by balancing high-level architectural layout design with active, hands-on (HO) code implementation.
  • Providing high-end technical mentorship, professional guidance, and operational leadership to a talented squad of embedded engineers.
  • Leading firmware production cycles end-to-end—from initial hardware abstraction layers and algorithmic mapping to global product delivery.
  • Championing Agile engineering workflows internally to optimize release velocities while enforcing strict automotive-grade code stability.
  • Technical & Engineering Stack- Embedded C/C++, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), Bare-Metal Programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Telematics Data Pipelines, Firmware Architecture, System Design, Microcontrollers, Hardware-Software Integration, Agile Methodologies, and Technical Team Leadership.


Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related quantitative technological discipline (Mandatory).
  • 7+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience in complex Embedded Real-Time software development (Mandatory).
  • 2+ years of dedicated professional experience leading engineering teams, supervising developers, or managing technical R&D squads (Mandatory).
  • Profound, authoritative engineering expertise in structural Software Architecture and low-level system design (Mandatory).
  • Production-grade coding mastery utilizing C and C++ alongside a deep practical grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles (Mandatory).
  • Proven track record of spearheading technical projects end-to-end from early conceptual Design through to final stable Delivery (Mandatory).
  • Strong practical experience operating successfully within structured Agile software development frameworks (Mandatory).
  • Exceptional leadership presence, stellar communication skills, and the natural mentorship capability to elevate technical standards and align multi-disciplinary engineering blocks.
