Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Embedded Systems Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Embedded Systems Engineer will design, develop, and test embedded software for medical and IoT devices used in diabetes management. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype new features, contribute to documentation, and support product iterations based on user and clinical feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Embedded Software development, including firmware design, real-time programming, and debugging for microcontrollers or embedded processors.
• Familiarity with hardware prototyping tools, lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and PCB design is beneficial.
• Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) systems, including connectivity protocols, device-to-cloud integration, and secure data transmission.
• General Software Development skills, such as C/C++, embedded Linux or RTOS experience, version control (e.g., Git), and basic software testing practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
