Position Overview
We are looking for an
Embedded Systems Engineer
who will be involved in the technical adaptation, demonstration, and integration of our international partners’ products in Türkiye, with a strong interest in embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field

Knowledge of embedded systems and willingness to specialize in this area

Experience with Linux operating systems, including command-line and system fundamentals

Ability to work with QNX RTOS, including installation, configuration, demo execution, and debugging

Preferably experience with RTOS (e.g., QNX, FreeRTOS, Zephyr)

Familiarity with BSP (Board Support Package) build and configuration processes, or willingness to learn

Hands-on experience with embedded platforms such as i.MX, Raspberry Pi, or similar

Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong communication and presentation skills

Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset

No travel restrictions; able to support customer visits when required

Able to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding work environment

For male candidates, completion of military service is preferred

Preferably holds a valid Class B driver’s license and actively drives
Responsibilities

Run embedded systems and operating system demos of international partners on target hardware platforms (e.g., i.MX95, Raspberry Pi)

Perform testing, debugging, and performance evaluation on QNX and Linux-based systems

Support business development activities by participating in customer visits, delivering technical presentations, and providing on-site demos

Assist engineering teams in product evaluation and system integration processes

Report technical findings and propose improvements or solutions

Communicate with international suppliers to manage technical discussions, testing, and documentation processes

Collaborate with software and hardware teams to contribute to prototype, demo, and pilot system development
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with QNX development tools (Momentics IDE, QNX Software Center)

Basic programming experience in C/C++ or Python

Knowledge of networking and communication protocols (TCP/IP, UART, CAN, Ethernet)

Experience in defense industry or embedded systems projects
