Embedded System Engineer

As an Embedded & Control Systems Engineer, you develop and implement control algorithms for embedded and real-time systems. You combine software engineering with control theory to create stable, reliable, and high-performance solutions for complex technical systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you contribute to the development of intelligent and safety-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement embedded control algorithms
• Design real-time software for control and automation systems
• Model, simulate, and validate system behavior
• Integrate control logic on embedded platforms and ECUs
• Support system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineers

Experience

• Experience in embedded software or control systems development
• Experience with real-time and hardware-near systems
• Experience with system modeling and simulation is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong skills in C/C++ and embedded systems
• Good understanding of control theory and system dynamics
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
• Familiarity with RTOS and real-time architectures
• Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Fluent Japanese; English is a plus
