Role Overview:
Motivated, hard-working individual to develop embedded software automated testing and/or manual testing for our Sleep & Respiratory Care sleep and vent solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works under close supervision on segments of a project or very small projects.
- Performs tasks to schedule and requirements.
- Provides solutions using standard techniques and can provide alternatives to common problems.
- Works on specific assignments within a technical area, applying standard techniques.
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team within the department and across departments to help achieve group, department, and overall project goals.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the medical device industry is required.
- Technical Experience: Experience in requirements analysis, test development, test execution, and defect management. Limited experience in applying engineering skills is acceptable for this level.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering principles, practices, and the basics of business operations.
- Communication: Displays the ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- C# or test automation experience is a bonus, but not required.
Minimum required Education:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
