Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for highly-skilled Chinese-Speaking Embedded Software Project Managers to join our client In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) development team.The team develops state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance systems based on Linux/Android. We deliver solutions for navigation, autonomous driving, and IoT features to leading car markers globally.
Main Roles:

Manage software development for the latest generation of IVI systems.
Work directly with international automotive experts.
Interface with customers as the primary contact for the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D) of the project.
Analyze, clarify, and document customer requirements.
Issue and track development tasks for the engineering team.
Lead problem-solving activities to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
Manage project risks and provide team leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication, etc.).
At least 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
Strong at project management and risk management.
Knowledge of microcontrollers and V-model process.
Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written).
Good English communication skills.
Desirable: Automotive industry experience (In-Vehicle Communication, Safety Standards); PMP certificate.
