Embedded Software Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Developing cutting-edge embedded software solutions, utilizing programming skills and technical expertise to contribute to the design, development, and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of embedded software for electro-optical and gimbal systems within the scope of our projects.
• Preparing all software development and test documentation (flowcharts, test plans, test procedures, etc.) for developed software modules, establishing test environments, and creating test scenarios.
• Developing, implementing, debugging, and maintaining embedded software components for real-time applications.
• Collaborating with hardware, system, and software teams to define software requirements and system specifications.
• Participating in system integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure reliable system performance.
• Designing and implementing control algorithms and motion control software for stabilization and tracking systems.
• Contributing to software architecture design and embedded system optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming languages and experience in embedded software development.
• Experience in Linux-based software development environments.
• Good knowledge of communication protocols and interfaces such as I2C, SPI, SSI, UART, CAN, TCP/IP, and UDP.
• Experience in graphical user interface (GUI) development.
• Experience in developing control algorithms and software, including FOC, PID, Feedforward PID (FFPID), and similar control techniques.
• Experience with TI and STM-based microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
• Ability to develop low-level drivers and interface software for integrated circuits and peripheral devices.
• Ability to read and analyze electronic schematics and provide feedback to hardware designers to ensure software-hardware compatibility.
• Experience with MCU peripherals such as DMA, SRAM, SDRAM, ADC, DAC, RTC, Timers, and PWM modules.
• Ability to use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters.

PREFFERED/PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in electro-optic systems, autonomous systems, UGV, and UAV systems
