𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘀𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲, 𝗜𝗟

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer II to support Automation & Autonomy initiatives focused on developing advanced software solutions for heavy-duty equipment and intelligent machine systems.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

4+ years of embedded software development experience

4+ years of Embedded C/C++ programming experience

4+ years of Linux & RTOS embedded system development

Strong experience integrating and validating sensors

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Embedded C/C++ development

Linux & Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)

Sensor integration and validation

System integration and product validation

Software debugging and optimization

Cross-functional engineering collaboration

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Robotics, autonomy, or remote-control systems

• CAN, Ethernet, and communication diagnostics tools (CANape, Wireshark)

• Git, compilers, debuggers, and software development lifecycle tools

• ROS (Robot Operating System)

• Perception and positioning sensor calibration

• Qt framework for UI development

• FMEA and electronic failure mode analysis

• Real-time embedded systems for industrial, agricultural, mobile, or off-highway equipment

• Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for machine electronics and control systems

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Python and AutomationDesk

• Hands-on experience with OPAL-RT, dSPACE HIL, CANalyzer, CANape, and Wireshark

• Validate system requirements and collaborate closely with software development teams

• Experience with CAN/J1939, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP/IP)

• Exposure to MATLAB and Simulink environments

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Design, develop, and test embedded software using C/C++

• Support product integration and system-level validation

• Integrate sensors and real-time control systems

• Execute HIL testing and automation activities

• Debug and troubleshoot embedded applications

• Present design concepts, reviews, and engineering outcomes
